Every location provides affordable access to a kids' room, through pre-paid punch-cards. Children are entertained with toys, videos, and games in a constantly supervised area. Never again miss a workout!

Tanning
Select locations offer the convenience of tanning immediately before or after your workout. For even greater savings, ask at the front desk about prepaid tanning cards!
Equipment Training
One free training session is available for all new members. You'll be educated on how to use the cardiovascular and adjust strength machines. You'll be advised on a recommended starting weight for each of the various machines.

Lockers
Locker rooms are available during your visit and are handicap accessible. Please remember to bring a lock with you each visit, as they are not provided.
